Suspension arm – a highly stressed part of the suspension system

The arm is connected to the chassis at one end, and to the wheel at the other side. At Flauraud you will find suspension arms made from different materials to meet the demands of all your customers.

The inspection of the suspension arms is essentially visual, anomalies can appear over time. The most common symptoms are poor road handling, a large or abnormal play of joints, vibrations, tears in the rubber, or popping noises. Take advantage of a visit to the workshop with your vehicle during other interventions to inspect the arms, because risks associated with these symptoms exist, some less important, vibrations during driving, premature wear of the tires and others more dangerous, the loss of vehicle control.
